The Official Resource for Macromedia + Adobe
You have undoubtedly seen 'forward looking statement' addendums in posts by Macromedia bloggers (such as in here). It mentions SEC, US Securities and Exchange Commission, and where you can find additional info. Apparently, everything released to public that contains forward looking statements is filed and archived. The transcript of the teleconference, emails sent to press, customers, bankers, employees, even docs posted to internal websites of the companies - all can be found in the EDGAR database here. Since both companies heavily moderate the info probably you won't find anything new, but it's definitely the offical resource with all the info...
